At Fluff, we want you to glow with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your beauty purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Fluff account and select the order you wish to return to generate a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization form.

• 2.
  Pack Your Products

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact, and include the completed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
